Tell The Tale
Tell the Tale is the BDA’s storytelling club. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting out, our sessions will give you a chance to practice and share. Typically, sessions are split into three parts: training on the art of storytelling, an exercise (not always involving writing), and a discussion phase. The club also has other surprises, like collaborations with INT clubs, outings, and access to storytelling resources. Don’t hesitate to join our weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m., and connect with us on Discord, Instagram, and Messenger.
Projects for the year:
- Training: premise, story structure, characters, world-building, dialogue, engaging the reader, suspense
- Sharing moments: about our writing projects, works that inspire us, writing practices
- Collaborations: with the cinema club for screenwriting, with the gaming club for role-playing
- Writing competitions :)
Word from the president:
Hi, I’m Marion! With the Pastell mandate, we aim to open the club to all types. Storytelling is vast and ubiquitous. Especially here, you’ll see with INT’s comm (and the lists ;) ), it’s always about building a world around your club or association to draw attention.
