Presidency
The role of president is ambivalent. He in fact bears the image of the BDE,representing both his team and community life to the partners & schools. However, he is above all human: he is the a pivot who forges close ties within his team, and must know the strengths of each person to best enable the achievement ofever more ambitious projects. Being president goes far beyond the simple function: it is a commitmentdeeply human and a unique opportunity to develop skillsvaried, while actively contributing to the development of the life of the campus.
Vice Presidency
Our role is to actively support the president and ensure the rightfunctioning of the entire team. This means being constantly in communication with all members, facilitating the flow of information and coordinating activities between the different divisions. We take carealso to create and manage different events within the mandate,ensuring their successful completion. In short, we know everything, we are omnipresent and we help the whole team.
Treasury
Notre rôle est central au sein de l’association : nous détenons la responsabilité financière du Bureau des Élèves ainsi que des 14 clubs qui le composent. Notre fonction principale est d’assurer la gestion du budget du BDE donc de gérer la totalité des entrées et sorties d’argent en validant préalablement toutes les dépenses et projets de l'association, mais aussi de gérer les relations avec les partenaires financiers tels que la Société Générale, ce qui nécessite des compétences en communication et en négociation.
Secretariat
Je suis le pilier caché du BDE. Je m’occupe de l’organisation et du bon déroulement des réunions, et synthétise les discours dans les comptes rendus. C’est par moi que toutes les informations importantes sont transmises au reste de l’équipe. Je gère aussi les documents administratifs du BDE, et avec un peu de bonne volonté, je suis un membre actif du bureau.
Communication Dept.
Our main role is to create a link between the BDE and the otherscampus associations and clubs, all students and administration.For this, we publish on our various social networks every associative events that take place on our campus. We have for objective that as many people as possible are aware of the events, butAbove all, you want to come!
Pôle Évènement
Thanks to the events center, you won’t be bored at INT! As soon as you arriveon campus, the integration week (SEI) will begin, followed by the weekendintegration (WEI), not to be missed! Join us tooduring other organized events such as the trip to Amsterdam or the Comedy Tour.
Corporate Relations Dept.
Nous sommes la passerelle entre les entreprises et les étudiants de l’école : notre pôle initie les partenariats avec les acteurs extérieurs à l’école. Nous avons un rôle impliquant un investissement tout au long de l’année. Souvent dans l’ombre, nous permettons au BDE d’obtenir des fonds et des stands des entreprises sur le campus.
Pôle Soirée
It’s the center of sharing, we are at the origin of all the ideas ofdecorations and activities for the evenings. For us, a successful eveningis an evening where people have fun and leave with memories! It's so what we’re looking to recreate every time.
Security-Logistics
Our center is central in the organization of any event: you are.found in all activities for preparation, planning, the smooth running and ordering. It requires great rigor and goodsense of communication in order to have one's decisions accepted.
Digital Dept.
If you are reading us, and this site works at its best, it's thanks to the digital center! We take care of all the technical aspect and IT of the BDE: the website, the formalities and registrations of the WEI and of the SEI, and the development of new projects throughout the yearto make your life easier.
Cooking
Our center is responsible for delighting students during your eventsoffering quality recipes. Name of the campus restaurant, our members spend time in the kitchen to prepare dishes and snacks for youcase, salty as well as sweet. The ritz designates both the prepared food and the people who prepare it.
Prévention
Guarantor of fun and concoction of beverages. Our only duty: ensure your fun and your safety in all circumstances. We are the ones to gosee when things are going well and when things are not going well! Yes...All the roads of evenings lead to prev.
Sustainable development
Association life is great, but it’s even better if it’s eco-responsible! The SD division ensures respect for the environment within INT. Whether to reduce energy consumption or to improvesorting, all ideas are good to be put in place. So if you If you feel concerned, don’t hesitate to contact me!
Internal Relations
My role is to create a real relationship between the different members of theBDE. It is very important at the time of the campaign because it allows unknowns become a family. With my role as mediator, disagreementsbetween the members of the BDE are settled.
T&MA (Alumnis)
Quel est le point commun entre Kevin Tran, Eric Trappier (PDG de Dassault Aviation) ou bien Guillaume Rozier (créateur de “Vite ma dose”) ? Ils ont tous passé leur scolarité sur ce campus. Ce pôle fait l’intermédiaire entre les étudiants du campus et l’association T&MA (l’asso des anciens diplômés). Si tu souhaites nouer des relations avec des alumnis, n’hésites pas à me faire signe !
