The BDE
The BDE is above all an event organization association. Indeed, our main mission on the Evry campus revolves around various projects, which we organize in collaboration with the clubs and associations on campus. During our parties, for example, we coordinate all the participants: BPM takes care of the sound and lighting, Friter'INT handles the food, and Déclic and INTv provide photo and video services. Among the flagship events of the BDE are the Integration Week (SEI), the Integration Weekend (WEI), six festive parties including a Christmas party where we invite a renowned artist, trips such as stays in Amsterdam and Berlin, as well as the Technoparade. This year, we have also planned to introduce at least two exciting new events that we can't wait to reveal to you.
The Campain
Each year, two teams are formed to try to become the next BDE during a four-month campaign, also organized by the current BDE, which enlivens the campus throughout its duration. If you're interested in forming a team or simply want more information, contact the members of our campaign team! They are here to guide you through the adventure you're about to embark on, as well as to ensure the smooth running of the campaign. Your team will become more than just a group of friends; it will even become your identity on campus! Forming a team will also give you easier access to several clubs and associations on campus, whose transitions often take place at the end of the year after the campaign.
Join us
During the year, you will have the opportunity to see for yourself exactly what the BDE does on campus. In the meantime, if you have any questions, whether about associative life, the campus, or anything else, come see us! You can recognize us by our navy blue polos, and we are also here for your integration. We can never encourage you enough to form a team to become part of the BDE, and more generally, to talk to members of all the associations to understand all the opportunities they offer. Everyone finds their place!
