The WEI
The WEI or Integration Weekend is THE event of the year. It’s the one event you don’t want to miss. It takes place the weekend following the SEI and is organized by the BDE. We take the 1st, 2nd, and older year students to a campsite somewhere in France — the destination is a surprise — for an unforgettable weekend. On the agenda: team games, water activities, parties, bungee jumping, color apéro, foam apéro, and many surprise activities. One thing's for sure: you really don’t want to miss the WEI, or you’ll regret it!
The SEI
The SEI or Integration Week is your first week on campus as a 1A student at INT. During this week, in addition to administrative tasks you'll handle with the school in the mornings and early afternoons, the BDE, ASINT, and BDA will treat you to a legendary week. Our goal is to help you discover the campus and take your first steps into student life. On the agenda: BDE Day, BDA Day, ASINT Day, Club Day, dance shows, team games, and much more. By the end of this week, you’ll be fully ready to start your studies and join in on the campus life.
The Parties
The parties are the second biggest events organized by the BDE after the SEI and WEI. We organize a total of 6 parties, including the Christmas party (also known as Winterfest), held in the school’s forum! These events are fully themed with decor, tons of techno and commercial music, incredible structures imagined by BPM, and amazing dancers from the school. That’s not all — we also co-organize a day in Paris during the Techno Parade, where we have our very own float!
The Techno Parade
The Techno Parade is one of the most exciting events organized by the BDE. A symbol for our schools, it brings together students, electronic music, and good vibes for a parade through the heart of Paris. Every year, we take part in the huge logistics behind this event, with our members working hard to deliver a float worthy of leading the parade. It’s a true logistical and technical feat for our teams, and all students are invited to ride the float, cruising through the streets of Paris to pulsing techno beats!
The BDE Campaign
Who wouldn’t want to make their first year unforgettable? Running for BDE means joining a three-month campaign with about thirty friends. During that time, you’ll push yourselves to give your best to the campus, all leading up to the election to become the next Student Union of our schools.
Our Trips
The BDE organizes trips throughout the year — including the traditional Amsterdam trip! Come enjoy it with your friends, as the BDE takes care of accommodation and lodging. We also prepare a selection of top activities just for you. BDE trips will definitely be some of your most unforgettable school memories!
Partner Events
We organize several types of events with our partners. At the start of the year, companies introduce themselves to new students during conferences held in lecture halls. We also host afterworks throughout the year, giving students the chance to meet company reps in a more relaxed setting. Additionally, we organize an annual Partner Day where each company has its own booth.
